Develop and implement a unified, corporate social media strategy and policy for VOA Associates, a global architectural design firm (with offices in New York, Orlando, Washington, D.C., Bogotá, Shanghai, Beijing, and São Paulo), headquartered in Chicago. Assist with the development of VOA’s content strategy and create a company-wide blog that will allow VOA’s architects to be positioned as thought-leaders within the architecture + design community.
Approach
- Develop social media strategy and identify social platforms where VOA should be present
- Create social media policy, outlining how VOA associates should engage with VOA's social media
- Implement a monthly training series acclimating all employees with social media best practices
- Promote architecture + design by leveraging leadership as SMEs/thought-leaders
- Consulted all leadership on LinkedIn presence and the benefits of using LinkedIn as a marketing tool
RESULTS
- VOA’s social media reach increased by 115%
